Level - 1
While good physical and mental health are natural consequences of yoga, the approach of yoga is holistic. The practice of Yoga makes it possible to stay grounded and experience inner peace by connecting to the eternal absolute truth. Each session comprises: Hatha/Vinyasa yoga postures and movements to develop physical strength and flexibility; Pranayama brings stillness to the mind, physiological and health benefits; Guided meditation for deep relaxation of the mind; Mantra meditation. Classes are for all genders, ages, and abilities.
